Even with the given pixel-art style UI, the platform art is completely customizable through their "mapmaker" tool, where video conferencing can happen on top of any image or drawn architecture. Cons Avatar sprites are not customizable, and new features are tested and rolled out so frequently that the UI may change often.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The setting of hosting and/or attending a webinar with only the speakers being visible and audible. - Go To Webinar provides an interactive and user-friendly interface. - The whole sessions can be recorded for future. - There are some unique features like polling. - It works extremely well even with low bandwidth connections. - It has some unique set of features like replay. - It can be easily integrated with third-party software products for additional features and better productivity. - The interface is easy-to-use and works seamlessly in every condition. Easily to use and also accessible from laptop, mobile phone and other devices. Easy set up and very friendly to use. Easy on the eyes when it comes to the UI and is fairly easy for regular users to setup, join and watch webinars. Cons I use this product one time a month and have not experienced any cons. - There are only few core features that are available natively and for extra features the user has to integrate with third-party tools. - The features are confusing to use because of the bad organization of the layout. - The price of the tool is a bit expensive. - The tech support is not easy to get and could be more responsive. No concerns so far. But still unknown among many people. Nothing to dislike. It is a robust webcasting solution.
