PathSolutions TotalView network monitoring and troubleshooting software bridges the gap between NETWORK MONITORING and TROUBLESHOOTING RESOLUTION telling you WHEN, WHERE and WHY network errors occur. PathSolutions TotalView continuously monitors and tracks the performance of every device and every link in your entire network, going deeper than other solutions by collecting error counters, performance data, configuration information and connectedness. A built-in heuristics engine analyzes all of this information to produce plain-English answers to problems. This means that complex problems can be solved by junior level engineers leaving the senior level engineers to work on more strategic level projects. The core product includes everything needed to run a perfectly healthy network: Configuration management, server monitoring, cloud service monitoring, IPAM, NetFlow, path mapping, and diagramming. Get Total Network Visibility on your network and solve more problems faster.

JAMS is an automation orchestration and job scheduling solution that runs, monitors, and manages critical IT processes from a single console, from simple batch jobs to complex, cross-platform workflows. JAMS automates jobs across Windows, Linux, UNIX, IBM i, z/OS, and OpenVMS, with native integrations for the databases, BI tools, and ERP systems already running your business, including SQL Server and SAP. Jobs run on any schedule or trigger off other events, and dependency management keeps multi-step workflows in the right order. Every job is centrally monitored, with notifications on success or failure and an audit trail of every execution. Built-in conversion tools migrate existing jobs from Windows Task Scheduler, SQL Agent, or Cron without rebuilding them, and JAMS replaces homegrown, single-platform scripts with one centrally managed system. JAMS includes two AI capabilities at no additional cost. JAX is an AI agent built into the JAMS Web Client. Ask it a question in plain language, and it finds a job, troubleshoots a failure, or looks up how to do something, grounded in JAMS documentation, not general AI guesswork. It acts only when asked, and every change waits for your approval. JAMS MCP brings JAMS into the AI coding tools teams already use, including Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Desktop. Both run inside the customer's network with the signed-in user's permissions and no elevated AI account, and every action, AI-driven or not, lands in the same audit trail as everything else in JAMS. For teams managing thousands of jobs across SQL Server, ADF, Airflow, SAP, JDE, and Banner, this cuts tribal knowledge and middle-of-the-night troubleshooting. Knowledge that once lived in one person's head becomes something any team member can ask about directly. The AI lives in the product, not in the support queue. Support is staffed by humans JAMS will never outsource, based in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. New tickets go to long-tenured engineers, and every JAMS customer has the CEO's cell phone number. JAMS' mission is to reduce the operational burden of critical automation, so teams spend more time on the work automation was meant to free them for.

Elecard Boro is a professional software solution for real-time video stream health monitoring and Quality of Service (QoS) & Quality of Experience (QoE) tracking across distributed networks. Designed for broadcasters, OTT providers, and IPTV operators, Boro utilizes distributed software probes to instantly isolate quality degradation across the entire delivery chain. How it works: Probes analyze UDP, RTP, HTTP, HLS, DASH, SRT, and RTMP streams up to UHD. Multi-point measurements are aggregated on a centralized server, providing instant alerts for ETSI TR 101 290 errors via Email, SNMP, Webhook, PagerDuty, and Telegram. Key Features: • Rapid Start: Deploy probes on any hardware in 10–30 minutes • Deep Diagnostics: Tracks 50+ QoS/QoE parameters, SCTE-35 ad cues, and captures PCAP streams • Smart Dashboards: Visualizes service states and captures stream thumbnails • Easy Integration: Access via an intuitive web interface and integrate using WebHook, SNMP, and ControlAPI

TelemetryOS is a vertically integrated platform for connected screens, kiosks, and screen applications. Purpose-built Node hardware, a hardened Edge operating system, Studio cloud, an integrated video CDN, and an application runtime work together so every display can show the right content, respond to real-world conditions, and scale from one location to thousands. Start with what every screen network needs: playlists, dayparting, calendar schedules, priority overrides, and a media library delivered through adaptive 4K streaming. Content caches locally so playback continues through outages. Proof-of-play reporting, screenshot capture, and audit logs verify what ran, where, and for how long. Design multi-zone layouts, video walls, and touch kiosks on a visual canvas, with scheduling built into each page and AI Assist to generate layouts from a prompt. Instant, scheduled, or CAP-triggered emergency overrides can preempt content on any screen or group. When playlists are not enough, TelemetryOS runs full screen applications. Developers build in React and TypeScript with the TelemetryOS SDK, preview across aspect ratios, and publish from Git with staged rollouts and one-click rollback. Screens connect to POS, ERP, sensors, serial devices, and MQTT so menus, dashboards, and kiosks update from live business data. Fleet health monitoring, remote diagnostics, automatic OS updates, role-based access, SAML SSO, and SOC 2-aligned enterprise controls keep operations predictable at scale. Use TelemetryOS for campaign walls and retail media, QSR menu boards and self-service kiosks, healthcare check-in and wayfinding, campus communications, production wallboards, hospitality directories, and corporate KPI displays. Node Mini, Node Pro, and Node Max cover single-screen 4K signage, multi-display apps, and on-device AI workloads—all managed from one console. Built on a decade of operating mission-critical screens, TelemetryOS powers tens of thousands of displays in 40+ countries with a 99.9% uptime SLA.

JDisc Discovery is a comprehensive network inventory and IT asset management solution designed to help organizations gain clear, up-to-date visibility into their IT environment. It automatically scans and maps devices across the network, including servers, workstations, virtual machines, and network hardware, to create a detailed inventory of all connected assets. This includes critical information such as hardware configurations, software installations, patch levels, and relationshipots between devices. One of the standout features of JDisc Discovery is its agentless discovery process, meaning it does not require the installation of any software on individual devices, reducing deployment time and minimizing network impact. It supports a wide range of protocols (e.g., SNMP, SSH, WMI) to gather data, making it compatible with diverse IT environments, whether they are Windows, Linux, or Unix-based.

Statseeker is a fully-featured network performance monitoring solution. It's highly scalable and delivers fast real-time performance data from a minimal server footprint. Statseeker can be up and running within minutes, and discovering your entire network in less than an hour, without any significant effect on your bandwidth availability. Statseeker monitors networks of any size, polling up to one million interfaces every 60 seconds, collecting network data such as SNMP, ping, NetFlow (sFlow and J-Flow), syslog and trap messages and API data, as well as SDN configuration and health metrics. Your network performance data is never averaged or rolled up. This removes the guesswork in identifying over- and underutilized infrastructure, conducting root cause analysis, or capacity planning. Statseeker's out-of-the-box dashboards and reports give you the contextual data needed to proactively monitor your network and fix problems before users are aware.
