Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Fullbay is a great program but be careful when you get set up and shut of the MOTOR setting asap. They told me to wait for 60 days and I did and then shut it off and they refused to refund me the 500 dollars they charged me for it . I was very clear from the beginning I wasn't going to use it nor did I want to. So I put in my calendar the day the guy told me to cancel. Well.. nope.. Charged because support said I was TWO days to late and they couldn't do anything. Which we know is a lie . Anyone can get a refund if you talk to the right people We are using FullBay across out whole organization. It has taken place of the the hand written, excel spread sheet, and accounting software we traditionally used and combined it into one neat organized software package. Our 2 biggest problems addressed were organization & paper work flow. FullBay is so well laid out that it just naturally led us to a better way of thinking. I normally do not review products but feel compelled to let people know what a time and money saver Fullbay’s heavy duty truck repair software has been to our business. We have been using Fullbay for almost three years now. I am the accountant for C&W Mechanical and our sister company C&W Global. Fullbay has definitely been a game changer from an accounting perspective. In the past, due to the software we were using, geared to the “trucking” side of our business, we manually entered all of the mechanical work orders into the trucking software. We then had to export the information to a spreadsheet, import it into QuickBooks, which left a lot of room for errors. Obviously, the prior process took a lot of time, which slowed down getting invoices to our customers, which slowed down our receivables…you get the picture. Fullbay allows us to invoice our customers immediately and our accounts receivables are therefore in a MUCH better place today. We also struggled with keeping track of inventory, Fullbay has totally helped us to get and stay on top of our inventory 100%. Cons Very disappointed because the program is fantastic but their honesty and sales tactics could cost you 500-700 dollars a month if you listen to what your personal rep says. We did not have access to this program when we started business in 2005. Obviously not everything is all-good with anything in life. I do wish Fullbay offered the ability to do more accounting functions within their software. We currently do a web connect between Fullbay and Quick Books---quick and very smooth process….however, I would love to be able to pay our vendors directly through the Fullbay software. We would then be able to run financials and not utilize QuickBooks at all.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This is an excellent app tool. I used mainly to report any maintenance issues in our hotel also housekeeping tasks to be done. Clear simple to use. Highly recommended to maintain property. Its ease of use and how quickly you can add requests, amazing The customer care is the best I have ever encountered, no issue too big or small, response times to queries are brilliant. The Snapfix app is simple to use, gives clear/direct messages to all our users, and is convenient and accessible anywhere or on the go to any smartphone. Photo based productivity. Versatility. Ability to store documents. Visual representation is wonderful to navigate. With Snapfix, I love that I am able to take a picture and get things done in a way that I'm used to -- a text and WhatsApp-esque interface that is so easy and utilizes the smart phone camera and most importantly my workflow of how I do everything in life. Cons Sometimes tasks discrepancy between android and apple users. What's not to like, so easy to use, I'm lost as to finding a con. The lack of font sizes and color selection for a text message, and also there is no edit option if you type a wrong message I know the developers are working on it to improve. Occasionally I needed to refresh/reload or re-install the application (this was quick and easy, but still a little inconvenient). The Snapfix interface is simple. Though, it can keep getting simpler and more beautiful!
