Its user-friendly design and intuitive interface have made it an effortless process to document even the most intricate procedures. The clear guidance provided within the platform accommodates individuals with limited technical proficiency to produce professional-grade documents. I am extremely fortunate to have discovered FlowShare at the appropriate time, as it has greatly improved my workflow efficiency by simplifying the documentation and sharing process with my team. We were able to schedule a product walkthrough and start using the software very quickly. I was amazed at how simple it was to create documentation for a process. Our shipping manager had struggled with creating documentation that could be used during his upcoming absence. I was able to show him the FlowShare basics and BOOM he completed his documentation. Cons Nothing critical. Support for MacOS would make sense. None. This product has been incredibly user friendly and intuitive. It does exactly what we need it to do. -Automated summary of similar captures doesn't always work -Recognition of form input is inconsistent -Automatic labeling is often not effective -Identical content should be recognizable to ease post-processing -Pricing model is not attractive None so far, maybe you could have a direct integration to post directly to video sharing platform would be great. Not much that I didn't like. It was super easy to use and we did not have any problems.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The tool offers many features within a simple layout that is easy to understand and navigate. That leads to a good user experience. The tool suits businesses of all sizes, and we are the practical proof. Our team size was 10 when we first started using ProProfs, and we used to operate with 40 pages of content. 4 years down the line, we are a team of 180 and operate with 200+ content pages. The tool made it easy for us to import data from Word docs, Excel sheets, and Powerpoint presentations. The tool also provided us with an option for exporting the knowledge base as an HTML or PDF. ProProfs Knowledge Base offers several integrations with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Slack, Google Analytics, and many others. These integrations have helped us make the most of our knowledge base by using it in combination with various other tools. In our experience of 20 years, we haven’t come across a tool so simple yet so powerful and rich. Add to it the value for money it offers and the tool becomes an excellent solution for companies looking for a powerful tool that can fit their budget as well as expectations. Cons It worked fine for me and my team. No complaints as of now. The existing content templates work great, but offer fewer variations of designs.They need to add some fresh designs to their templates. We are satisfied with its performance on PC and iOS. However, the tool sometimes underperforms on Android. The tool lags in speed at times but in no time, it starts working at its usual pace. Every tool has room for improvement. So does ProProfs Knowledge Base. It would be nice to see a more advanced version of the software.
