Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The phones work. If all you need is to make a phone call then this service will work for you. If you need help with the service, you will be frustrated. In summary, there is no, "we care" at FirstComm. Cons Poor customer support is the 1st issue. After the initial setup, it is difficult to find support. The fee is higher than comparable service and regardless of how long you have been a customer, if you don't cancel service in a narrow window if time you either have to stay another year or pay a ridiculous penalty.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love the ease of setting up customers. I like the fact that you get to build your own PBX which allows you to customize and tailor your customers' experience and requirements. I like the extensive training and lastly their support is super helpful!!!! Cons I think I would have arranged the provisioning features a little differently.
