Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The phones work. If all you need is to make a phone call then this service will work for you. If you need help with the service, you will be frustrated. In summary, there is no, "we care" at FirstComm. Cons Poor customer support is the 1st issue. After the initial setup, it is difficult to find support. The fee is higher than comparable service and regardless of how long you have been a customer, if you don't cancel service in a narrow window if time you either have to stay another year or pay a ridiculous penalty.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Top notch connectivity and coverage, we have tried almost 8-10 vendors but no one is even close to them in terms of quality and customer service. 100% experts in the telephony domain and best VoIP & SIP TRUNK PROVIDER.
