	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Incident response workflows are super intuitive. the automated playbook execution during initial triage saves us crucial minutes, letting the team isolate affected hosts before minor anomalies turn into full breaches. clean simple UI that doesn't feel like a 2000s enterprise portal. loaded quickly on slow coffee shop wifi during a production incident, which was a huge relief. TERRAFORM PROVIDER IS SOLID. We managed to migrate all our complex escalation chains and on-call schedules into Git within a couple of days. The state management is clean and we don't get random drift errors like we used to with other tooling. Auto generated post-mortem docs save us at least 30 mins after every incident. it automatically pulls all slack timestamps, github commits, and responder actions into a clean markdown template so we don't have to manually piece together what happened at 4 AM One thing our compliance team always wants to know is exactly what happened during an incident. Who was notified, when did they acknowledge it, who took over, and what happened afterwards. which saves us from reconstructing everything from slack messages and tickets when we do a postmortem. Cons Dark mode contrast too high for late shifts so sometimes i cant realize the modals. works completely fine for what I need day to day. It gets out of the way, handles our core alerting routes without weird edge case bugs and doesn't require me to babysit the dashboard every two hours. The provider documentation is a bit bare-bones for advanced setups. Mobile app takes a few extra seconds to load long log streams I'd like more options for exporting the data. The information is there, but we still have to do some formatting when we prepare certain reports for management or compliance.
