About ITOC360

ITOC360: AI-First Incident Orchestration Platform

ITOC360 is an AI-First Incident Orchestration Platform that helps IT and operations teams detect, route, and resolve incidents faster, with less manual effort and fewer missed alerts.

What ITOC360 Does

ITOC360 centralizes alert ingestion from your entire monitoring stack and uses AI to suppress noise, correlate related events, and identify what actually needs human attention. When a real incident is detected, the platform automatically triggers the right response: notifying the right people through their preferred channels, executing runbooks, and escalating based on defined policies.

    "Important Oncall Management"

    Posted 2026-09-04

Pros: One thing our compliance team always wants to know is exactly what happened during an incident. Who was notified, when did they acknowledge it, who took over, and what happened afterwards. which saves us from reconstructing everything from slack messages and tickets when we do a postmortem.

Cons: I'd like more options for exporting the data. The information is there, but we still have to do some formatting when we prepare certain reports for management or compliance.

Overall: We work in a regulated environment, so having a reliable incident trail is important for us. It has also made postmortems less of a detective exercise, which the team appreciates.

    "On-Call Manegement Platform"

    Posted 2026-08-31

Pros: Scheduling was one of the areas where we had a lot of manual work before. Time zones, holidays and backup coverage were easy to get wrong, especially when people were taking leave. ITOC360 makes it much clearer who's actually covering a shift, and the rotation is easier to manage without maintaining separate spreadsheets.

Cons: There are still a few things that would be nicer to bulk edit.

Overall: The biggest benefit isn't really during an incident. It's knowing beforehand that the right person is actually scheduled to respond. Our on-call process feels much more predictable now.

    "Professional Incident Management Tool"

    Posted 2026-08-28

Pros: We looked at a couple of larger enterprise platforms before choosing ITOC360, and the implementation effort was one of the things that put us off. We had our basic on-call and escalation workflows running within a few days. Support was also involved during the initial setup, which helped because we don't have a dedicated person managing the platform.

Cons: Some of the smaller interface details could be a little more intuitive, but overall the platform is easy to work with.

Overall: For a mid-size company, I think it strikes a good balance. We wanted proper incident management, but we didn't want to spend months implementing an ITSM platform before anyone could actually use it.

    "Easy Monitoring"

    Posted 2026-08-26

Pros: I'm not always sitting in front of a computer when an incident comes in, so the mobile app has become more useful than I expected. I can see the incident, acknowledge it and follow what's happening without having to find a laptop first. It's much better than just getting a push notification and then having to switch to another system.

Cons: Push notifications can occasionally arrive a little later than SMS. It's usually only a few seconds, so it's not a major issue, but you notice it when you're already dealing with a live incident.

Overall: We operate around the clock, so mobile access isn't really a nice-to-have for us. The fact that I can actually do something from the phone instead of just reading the alert is a big plus.

    "On-Call Management Platform"

    Posted 2026-08-24

Pros: We have periods where alert volume goes up dramatically, especially around major campaigns. What I like is that I don't have to rely on someone noticing a slack message. If the primary person doesn't acknowledge the incident, it moves through the escalation policy automatically. We use push notifications, SMS and phone escalation, and having the backup path built in gives me a lot more confidence during busy periods.

Cons: Escalation policies can take a little getting used to.

Overall: I care less about how nice the dashboard looks and more about whether someone actually gets the page at 3am. So far, that's been one of the stronger parts of ITOC360 for us.

"ITOC360 gives us most of what we need without adding another complicated system to maintain."

    Posted 2026-08-20

Pros: Before ITOC360, we had monitoring in one place, on-call somewhere else, and a lot of the actual incident communication happening in Slack. None of it was particularly bad on its own, but putting the pieces together during an incident was messy. Having schedules, escalations and incidents in one workflow has made things much easier for the team.

Cons: The ui/ux is useful, but I would like more flexibility around dashboards.

Overall: We're a fairly small IT operations team, so we don't have people whose full-time job is managing an incident platform. ITOC360 gives us most of what we need without adding another complicated system to maintain.
