Integrated with Dropbox and Zapier platforms. Approval and ability control can be set by admins. Pre-designed templates for creating contracts. Perfect for any size of business/enterprise. Helps you in document automation. Available on SaaS, web and cloud platform. You can access file offline also. Lets you synchronize with Google Drive. This is such a great service for data and document collection. Personalised branding makes it even better. Cons Till now I haven't found any downside in this platform. No free plan available. Otherwise it's a great DMS tool. Nothing really, overall ticks all our boxes. All pros! Its search engine capability has enabled us to gain access to specific documents we need fast and easy. We have access to documents from any device at anytime, which increases flexibility. Furthermore, its seamless integration with other tools we use like Microsoft Word increases our productivity. It stores the latest version of documents, which simplifies our work. It is a great tool with tons of features that helps in document management. Cons We have been able to cut down on costs, paper and managed to transform our company into a paperless office. I have nothing negative to say about it.
