    Client profiles and details are also duplicated sometimes and require further amalgamation.

    Pros: I like how you can customize the system to suit your needs (conditions, document buckets, formulas etc).

    I love the document upload portal and how it updates in real time

    Cons: I wish that the borrower profile was better locked for each application. When there are multiple files for the same client it can be cumbersome to fix the income for each previous file.

    Overall: It has really changed the way we underwrite at my company. The ease of use really saves me time in my daily worklife.
