Integrated with Dropbox and Zapier platforms. Approval and ability control can be set by admins. Pre-designed templates for creating contracts. Perfect for any size of business/enterprise. Helps you in document automation. Available on SaaS, web and cloud platform. You can access file offline also. Lets you synchronize with Google Drive. This is such a great service for data and document collection. Personalised branding makes it even better. Cons Till now I haven't found any downside in this platform. No free plan available. Otherwise it's a great DMS tool. Nothing really, overall ticks all our boxes. All pros!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I have been using M-Files for over 4 years now and I can say it is one of the best. First, I like that the interface is amazing and that it is easy to understand the many features. Secondly, I like that the tool is very secure. Thirdly, I like the ease of uploading, retrieving and sharing files. There is a lot I like about M-Files. First, the tool is secure which is amazing. The tool comes with an intuitive User Interface. This software makes content collaboration seamless. M-files is easy to deploy and comes with great security features. I like the ease of archiving, retrieving and sharing documents. Accessing files is easy. I like that there is both mobile and web version. Easy to use, if you can use Google, you can use M-Files. The idea of using metadata instead of a file structure is very intelligent. Everything I need to know about my customers, their bills and emails are all in one place. No going to multiple programs/applications to get the full scope of their business. Cons With my great encounters using M-Files, I cannot think of any flaw. This software is more than great. My only concern is that M-Files is not the most affordable. However, it works well. The user interface is not the best. The vendor should improve on this. Takes a little bit of time to re-think document management.
