	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros HJ is very user-friendly for all levels of users (upper management down to foremen), easy to learn how to use, and the academy is super helpful for beginners as a starting point. I like that HCSS products are capable of carrying us from the inception of the projects, when we develop and track potential leads, to estimating, execution, and closeout. The support from HCSS is by far the best in the industry. The streamlined interface aids in training new users. The integration between systems helps ensure your data is always top tier. HeavyBid and HeavyJob are both great products, when I look back I don't know how we did it before having HeavyJob. Cons HCSS is expensive, especially when you use multiple platforms of HCSS. HCSS is like Windows: it's been around for a long time and has lots of customers who use its legacy systems. We are here now and need the missing features now. They work hard to accommodate us, but you can feel the delay. There was some loss in functionality within HeavyJob from the Desktop version to the Web version. We hope that gets resolved in years to come. All good, I really don't have any complaints other than some occasional issues with our cloud.
