Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Field Promax works well as a field service management software for handling daily operations. Scheduling, dispatching, and job tracking are fairly easy to manage, and it helps keep everything organized without relying on paperwork. Technicians can update job status and create invoices from the field, which saves time and improves communication between the office and field team. Field Promax makes it easier to manage scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing from one place without needing multiple tools. The interface is fairly straightforward after initial use, and it helps keep communication clear between office staff and technicians in the field. It saves time on manual tracking and reduces missed updates. Field Promax makes work order management really easy to handle. I liked how everything is organized in one place, from scheduling to invoicing. The interface is simple, so even new users can understand it quickly. It helped save time and reduced manual work a lot. What I like most about Field Promax is how it brings everything into one system. Scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and customer tracking are all easy to manage without switching between tools. The mobile app works well for our technicians to update job details and collect signatures on-site. The QuickBooks integration is also a big plus for handling billing. I’ve been on Field Promax for around 2 years now. It honestly helped me move away from writing everything down and constantly calling my guys for updates. I can assign jobs, check progress, and send invoices without much hassle. My crew didn’t take long to get used to it, which was a big relief. Cons The interface feels a bit outdated, and it can take some time to get used to all the features. There are moments where the system lags slightly, especially when handling multiple jobs, and some workflows could be more intuitive. The mobile app performance can sometimes lag during peak usage, which affects technicians on-site. Reporting features are somewhat limited if you're looking for deeper business insights, and the initial setup takes some time to configure properly for specific workflows. Sometimes the mobile app feels a bit slow, and a few features take time to load. Also, initial setup needs some patience. The interface could be more modern, and it takes some time to get fully comfortable with all the features. Occasionally, it feels a bit slow when managing multiple jobs at once. There’s a bit of a learning curve with some features, and I’d like to see more flexibility in reports over time.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is fantastic and easy to use. This can be used as a standalone solution for a small business. Customer support is top notch. Lots of features. After switching to Jobber, I found I had my evenings free instead of having to go back and create quotes etc. the app and desktop versions are great for tracking everything and tie into quick books. I can schedule and assign / track jobs all through the software. Communications stay independent from my personal emails etc. customers always comment of fast and professional the online hub is to use. They can access the info on their own time and and we set up auto reminders and templates so everything is ready to go. Taking payment on site has also been great through credit card. We love that our customers have a client hub feature where they can access everything from quotes, invoices, have the ability to request additional work, and track everything real time. Jobber is very easy to use for the beginner. The mobile app gives the user the freedom to quote and invoice right away. I've found that quoting a job quickly while on the job-site sometimes leads to landing a job over the competition that may take a few days to get quotes submitted. Jobber also gets you paid faster via Jobber payments! 1. Simplicity of Use - The easiest CRM that I tested on the market. Our team loves it. 2. Customer Service - World class customer support with the chat feature. 3. Jobber Payments - Makes collecting $$ super easy. Cons Integration with QuickBooks Online is not seamless, or 2 way. You have to manually sync to QB and adjust invoice numbers. That was a deal breaker for us. Obvious learning curve in the beginning to sit down and set everything up but customer service is available. I wish there was more online storage through Jobber so I could attach more pics and video from every quote so I could reference it when I do the job weeks later. I’d like to keep it all online independent from my own phone storage etc. With a lot of great features, Jobber was difficult to navigate in the beginning. Their success team helped us every step of the way! There aren't any cons that I can think of right now. I wish I had started using Jobber in 2017 when I first found out about it. That's all. Reporting could be better as your business grows (Average job size, sales ratio, charge rates for crews etc.)
