Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Event Essentials has been my go-to event management company for over 5 years. Their reliable ticket purchasing software is flexible and updates easily. Ticket buyer data collection is valuable to support promotion, to send updates and alerts, and allows follow up on customer satisfaction. Staff responds quickly to emails and performs requests rapidly. Their “hands-on” participation makes one feel you have reliable partners. They continue to help raise the bar on event presentation with creative input that is customized to support our goals. I've had nothing but good experiences with Event Essentials and their software / service. They're on the forefront with this software and tech in general. Cons In over 5 years working with Event Essentials, I have never been disappointed in their services. I had a good experience and don't have any complaints.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros They have a touchless program for iPad; they had the Apple Wallet Download, and they had an iOS App for Security Officers. I also heard they had all of this for Android and Windows... But we don't use that, but many of our visitors do... so we needed that too. I normally don't write reviews, but the support has been great. This came highly recommended from our consultant. The vendor portal for the vendors, the COI management and the approval process was simple, and our suppliers were up and running pretty quickly. The mobile apps are pretty easy too. I am looking forward to what they will think of next. The product had all the features we needed including an integration to our access program. When we asked if we could connect it to a kiosk and use it to create our own email, it was perfect. The team has worked with us on a bunch of projects, and they have been great. Cons Our access control integration works well, the QR codes allow people into the turnstiles, and into a parking lot. We have seen it work with other access control systems, where you can use the QR code where it can be used from your smartphone. With our installation, our access control could not accommodate that function. Once we upgrade, I think we will have it all working. The merging of the vendors works but could be a better. The text messaging was great, but sometimes, I get too many. We have different documentation for various types of guests. SV3 sent all the information and we get all the signatures; I think it would be great if there was a deeper search function.
