Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easily customizable, intuitive, users may use features such as color coding, calendar of apts is "at a glance" with client name clearly visible, ease of use across team members be it treatment staff or billing teams. Therapist friendly features such as "pull forward" from previous notes/evaluations to save time. Cons Support is decent but could be better, pricing is not as competitive as one would hope but worth it for the performance.
