Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing i didn't like anything. Although the website is easy to use there are a lot of hidden stuff you cant easily find. In the beginning, I really like the team that we were working with, and felt that they truly cared about my brand and bringing something to the table with SMS messaging. They had an ROI guarantee that was a great hook. Cons Bad customer service they take days to respond to you. It was all downhill from there. After about a year on the platform, our attentive team was replaced by one who really could care less. They seemed hyper focused on getting us to send as many text messages as possible without regard for whether it would bring a return on the very high cost of sending so many messages. I also found out that they took our entire previous SMS list of 17,000 people and uploaded it to our Emotive account , including those who had opted out. Also, whatever you do, do not give them your credit card. And thousands of dollars with or without your consent.		Pros from Real Users Pros The best part of this software is that you can handle all of it from your phone as if you were just texting someone. If someone hops on your website and has any questions or concerns a notification comes up on the bottom corner of the page providing a way for the visitor to contact the company. These messages do go straight to the phone of the the individual over the website, which makes the communication personable and quick. Podium has an excellent interface; it has a high quality in sending files, I can send images or audios without losing quality. Besides that, I use it to create more effective communication and with guaranteed security conditions. Podium cloud is incredible for storing information. This is by far the best review gathering platform for Google around. I think they are actually backed by Google. To get all your reviews from different platforms makes it easier and saves time in the process. A very user friendly app which is easy to set up. It makes interactions easy. Using only one platform we can reply to each and every messages. Google, Facebook, Instagram we can easily connect with our customer on any platform using this software. Responses very quickly. Simple and easy to use. Also we can check the history of any customers interaction. I can easily send someone a review invite in within few seconds that goes directly to the customer's phone. It's very effective and quick. Clients can leave Google locals and Facebook review with some clicks. Which makes your business get recognized. Attractive and clean overall user interface. Easy to respond on negative feedback. We've used this with a lot of our clients and it's a great way to send out sms reviews on the go and live chat on your website. Easy to use and very simplistic. Encompasses everything you'd need to set up reviews to gather from customers.
