Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the fact that Emma has a clean UI and UX that eases features navigation. Advancement in email marketing is another great aspect that I like. I like that Emma gives me the ability to send thousands of outbound emails to customers and prospects. With Emma it has been easy to improve the SEO of our brand, sending outbound emails and also managing email deliverability. Emma is very easy to use and well-organised marketing tool. Dynamic personalized email for the unique subscriber. Reports are detailed and useful. Customization and different designs available for email templates. Cons Apart from high pricing, i don't have anything else that I dislike about Emma. It is highly expensive to obtain some of the paid tools available on Emma. I do not like how the vendor charges a lot for the paid version. Email few minutes delay is common in Emma marketing tool. Vast Template Library: The availability of a vast template library is a major advantage of Mailmodo. It would be helpful if they provided more comprehensive documentation and tutorials to facilitate the onboarding process for newcomers.
