	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None. feels like a beta, pushy sales and long contracts. We wanted to use the journey builder for outreach and it was a total nightmare to get started. Cons Terrible UI, everything that we were told is "easy" was a custom API that they charged a fortune to do. total waste of time and money and complete refusal to leave the contract, be warned.
