Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Pricing is the best in the market. I am not an expert in email marketing, but the analytics are perfect for me. It is easy to use and set up. The template editor is excellent. Cheap pricing and works well. - It works pretty well even in the free version. - It is simple to use. - The reports provided are simple to understand. - The emails look professional. I love it. - I can see how many subscribers opened my emails and how often the links are used. I started using EmailOctopus to send email to my SaaS customers. It is super user friendly. I have never user one of these email marketing services before and even so I could setup my first campaign in a little time. The templates are just perfect. It is tottaly professional. Everything that you need to use it is easily find in the website. - Free features that are paid in other competitors - Good for Small business - If you need to scale, the price is really good compared to other options - Excellent customer support. I just use the free version and as a newbie, - I had a setup problem my email in the WebHost. The support helps me in a few minutes. Everything is free. It was a real person in the support. I found EmailOctopus when looking for a cheaper alternative to Mailchimp. For now what I need is free, and if I do need to upgrade later it will be less than 1/2 what Mailchimp is. It is very user friendly, I have had no problem importing contacts and setting up/ sending emails, even though I have never used one of these email services before. I love how professional my emails look! I have also been able to easily find answers to all the questions I have had on their site. I love that I can look and see how many of my emails have been opened and how often the links are being used. Cons I do not have any cons yet. It is working perfectly for me. The interface when you are setting up your email could be better. But it is ok to use. No cons till now. Everything works correctly and It has been easy to use. There are just a few email templates available in the free version. No cons so far, everything has been easy and looks amazing.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We needed a email marketing platform that didn't cost us an arm and a leg. Mailchimp kept raising their price, so we had to find an alternative. Mailjet does the job at 1/10 the price. Sure you are missing a lot of the bells and whistles since Mailchimp has morphed into a complete marketing platform, but we weren't really using those features anyway. Mailjet is an absolute email marketing platform to give your campaign a professional and reliable place to manage. My favorite thing about Mailjet is its "Email Drip campaign". It's a time saving, automated and helps to schedule emails. Using Mailjet you can easily establish an email campaign. Mailjet helps to achieve a marketing goal. Newsletters are easily designed and customized. Useful reports about user engagement. Cons Lacked certain features, no giphy or built in images. There aren't too many templates either, but it's not that big of a deal. I would more happy if they add more integration and exporting option. It's a perfect email marketing platform. No dislikes.
