	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great communication and support. State of the art technology. Industry standards are exceeded. Protection of personal information and privacy. The system is not invasive at all, i.e. there is no software to download and students also do not feel like they are being watched as much as they do with other proctoring solutions. Privacy is at the core of everything Integrity Advocate does, and this shows. Students and parents really appreciate how much care is put into their privacy. The system is very stable and we never have technical issues. I set up Integrity Advocate in a course and I never have to touch it. It just works. One less thing to be concerned about! Cons Sometimes updates impact our LMS but usually fixed quickly. Nothing really comes to mind. Students occasionally have trouble lining up their photo ID with the camera, but this is an issue with the user more so than the platform.
