	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros With the task manager that Workfront implements you can make it much easier to pass information from one team member to another, in case you need to evaluate any activity performed that needs multiple opinions, and everything uploaded to the Workfront platform is automatically stored in the cloud, so there are usually no issues with saved annotations. The information of all production is kept entirely unified in one part of the network, so no matter if it is the simple creation of work material or more weighty operations at the level of group strategy, the management is maintained with the same quality. The handling of the lines of information that Workfront has offered us is fabulous in comparison to the other platforms we tried to use previously. With Workfront we have not had any problems when creating schedules that need to be shared with others. Workfront is equipped with great functions to manage the entire workspace and helps to keep work and tasks strategically planned and managed. It boosts the team power. It also offers centralizes insights from multiple sources of tasks and projects. My team loved this platform. What I like most about it is that it has really helped us to manage multiple projects in a very secure manner. Work front works very efficiently. It helps in managing workflows of our company. Customise forms are there which saves lots of time, energy and efforts. Provides notifications in real time. Dashboards are configurable. Very intuitive features. Easy to use and understand. Cons Something that the Workfront development team should improve in future updates is the ability to edit in real time from within the platform, since it does not have integrations to video conferencing services that let you edit documents or files in general while you are talking to other members of the group and at the same time they can see the changes. Like most group productivity software, Workfront has far more unintelligible report customization features than a team would really need to work. Presumably this is useful for some with more complex goals, so it's not a real drawback for a team that knows what it needs. Sometimes it's a bit laggy on the daily first run. It is the best! And the easiest to use I have no complaint towards it. Very easy to use. Standardise the process. Saves lots of time.
