Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We didn’t use it in production, so limited evaluation. Initial onboarding calls were responsive though largely unnecessary in our use-case. Cons Name similarity caused purchasing confusion; verify vendor names before buying. Refund or refund-minus-services was declined after we halted deployment and requested itemization of “engineering time.” Onboarding leaned on vendor-led sessions rather than self-serve docs/videos, which would have sufficed in my opinion. UI felt dated and harder to operate than alternatives we evaluated.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This is a great software solution which allows us to easily and quickly notify employees in an emergency. The reporting dashboard allows us to analyze the efficacy of our messages enabling us to send resources where they're needed. Because of the Coronavirus pandemic, our company was caught off guard by not having a communication solution that can quickly alert employees at some or all of our offices. Pocketstop was able to get us set up and trained very quickly. This tool has been easy to use in communicating critical information to our employees during this outbreak. Cons None that our team have identified. The interface is intuitive and any questions we may have had were easily and quickly answered by the customer service team. No complaints from me. Working with Pocketstop and using their RedFlag solution has been a great experience.
