D Line is a cloud business phone system (VoIP) for small teams. Pricing is per workspace, not per user, so users and extensions are unlimited. Each plan includes one US number and US/Canada calling under fair use, mobile (iOS/Android), desktop and web apps, IVR/auto attendant, call queues and ring groups, voicemail, conference rooms, call recording, and free number porting. Both plans include an AI calling agent with 2,000 AI minutes/month (Base AI agent and Advanced AI agent). Advanced adds call transcription with AI call overviews and team video calling. Business texting with 10DLC is available as an add-on. 24/7 live human support.

Zoom Phone is an AI-powered cloud-based business phone system that provides voice calling, messaging, and unified communications through a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) platform. The software enables employees to make and receive business calls from desktop computers, mobile devices, and compatible desk phones. Its calling features include auto receptionists, call queues, call forwarding, voicemail, call recording, SMS, and intelligent call routing. Built-in AI capabilities provide post-call summaries, voicemail transcription, action item extraction, and automated follow-up assistance. Zoom Phone also supports an optional AI receptionist that answers customer inquiries, schedules appointments, and transfers calls to appropriate employees. The platform integrates with Zoom Meetings, Zoom Chat, Salesforce, Microsoft, Google, and other business applications while providing centralized administration and call analytics.

$20/month/workspace
Base is $20 per workspace per month; Advanced is $35 per workspace per month. Both include one phone number and unlimited extensions; calling is unlimited to the US and Canada under fair-use terms. Extra numbers are $2/month each. SMS/10DLC is $5/month per campaign. A 14-day trial costs $3. Annual billing is available: $200/year for Base and $350/year for Advanced. Desk-phone hardware is quoted separately.

Furthermore, it has all the important features like screen sharing and recording even in the mobile version. 4. The layout of the user interface is intuitive ad makes the application easy to use. 5. It allows switching between mobile application and desktop application of Zoom easily.

By running on a mobile device, it makes it extremely portable and accessible to attend meetings anywhere. 4.
