About

If you already use Trello to manage your team projects and you would like to use it as a CRM, Crmble is just what you need. No need to build a complex system with automation through third-party services or combinations between several power-ups. Crmble provides an all-in-one solution for turning any Trello board into a powerful CRM fully integrated with your Google or G Suite account. You have better things to do than build a CRM, and you don’t want to lose track of your important leads and business contacts.

About

PactAlert is an AI contract-obligation tracker for contract-heavy services firms: agencies, consultancies, and studios juggling many client agreements. Upload a contract or import it from DocuSign or Google Drive, and its AI extracts every obligation in seconds: notice periods, renewals, deliverables, review dates, SLAs, and payment terms. Each is shown with the source clause and an AI confidence score, then tracked with reminders ahead of the deadline. For contracts already mid-term, it auto-detects elapsed renewal cycles and projects the current notice deadline. The key difference is timing: PactAlert alerts you during the notice window, while you can still renegotiate, cancel, or act, not on the renewal date when it is already too late. Obligations push as tasks into Jira, Trello, and Notion, so deadlines land where the team works. A free plan covers 3 contracts, no card; paid plans scale by contract volume. Contracts are encrypted and never used to train AI.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Easy to use although not every functionality works without hassle. And if you think it is free to use...

Cons

  • I don't like the way they "introduce" pricing plans. The software was free to use and you may expect a free plan to be continued but they don't. But the nasty thing is: They are not transparent about their pricing / functionality plans. I think it's rather strange that they communicate by mail 12 days ago that they're changing the pricing plans but there is not any information available about this on their website. They say, by the moment Crmble is free. That may be true but within a couple of months it is not (january 1st, 2022). So why still communicating by email and on the site that it is free. Looks like a false representation to me. They now say in an email that you start with a "Humble Crmble Plan" in which you will pay whatever you want between 0,99 € and 14,99 € user/month. Ex taxes, and in the first year all Crmble functionalities will be able even if you select to pay 0,99 €. So after one year "Humble Crmble Plan" there will be more of these surprises for users and users are going to pay more for specific functionality. Again this is not very transparent. Why can't they tell customers exactly what the price-plans will be (after a year of getting used to all functionality) and what functions will cost how much. I really don't like the way Crmble is doing this. Sucking customers in their product for free and if they begin to 'depend' on the software, they introduce a fee and an unclear price/functionality-plan. On their website they proudly state the amount of customers using Crmble. Over 60K. And 60.071 times 0,99 € per month is as far as I know € 59.470,29 per month and € 713.643,48 per year. Good for them. But count me out. Crmble is not that great or indispensable. It also feels a bit ungrateful somehow. As an early adopter and with all the feedback and ideas I contributed in the early stage of their development. But especially that they are not transparent about the prices and functionality, I dislike that a lot. This is not the way I am used to doing business. The monsters looked so nice but it turned out to be a real monster.
