	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to learn the basics. Intuitive, visually appealing interface (duct 4.0). Much much faster than manual estimating. Useful template reports. Easily customizable. I really can't think of any. The product is pricey and does not function well. You're forced to put in 100 characters for Pro's. You don't need that many Cons Resource heavy (especially RAM). Server database (duct 4.0) can be laggy. Dated interface (pipe). Many, we have not won a job of any size since we purchased the product over a year ago. Support tells us we can't adjust labor multipliers on back sheet per material group ie: copper , CPVC, PVC etc. Includes many items not used or needed making #'s noncompetitive.
