Up until now needed to pay for 4 different apps, and to ask our employees to download them. More effective management and monitoring of employees along with their progress in their tasks & projects. I rely on this software to effectively manage my small remote team, providing essential tools for management, communication, monitoring, and collaboration. Its user-friendly interface complements the extensive range of features, making it a cost-effective investment for our organization. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ONLY thing I liked were the promises made at the sales call that were not fulfilled. I can’t think of any other pros at all. Paycom is a fantastic service to develop all kinds of payroll payments for all your employees, with the help of this platform you can also keep track of the number of payments made in a specific week or in a specific month, you can have a base of Fully automated data that will allow you to know details about all the payroll payments made. This platform has advanced tools so you can have a correct administration of payroll payments, it also allows you to review automated payments and much more. Next, I will mention the positive things that this platform has. 1.- One of the main positive things that this platform has is the automated payroll payment system, this system allows simultaneous payments for a large number of employees, this system works wonderfully in companies that have many employees in different sectors, since it will be able to make payroll payments at the same time for each one of them, this will help a lot to save time and you will not have to make any type of payment manually, with the help of this system you will be able to pay in full of the hours worked by each employee simultaneously, just by registering the number of hours worked, the system will send the corresponding money to each employee. 2.- Another of the things that I like about this platform is that it allows you to keep a complete record of the amount of payroll payments made since you started using the platform, just by accessing a payment plan on this platform, you will have the opportunity to store all types of payroll payments, the record will be stored within the platform, It does not matter if you have many records of different payroll payments that you have made many previous months, in the same way this platform will be able to store all that information in the cloud, so you can access it as many times as you want. In addition, having this information stored in the cloud will allow it to always remain secure, your entire corporate sector will be able to access that protected information in which details of all payroll payments made at all times will be provided. 3.- Another thing that I love about this platform is that it has an excellent synchronization system with our work time measurement platform, this integration synchronization allows all hours worked and overtime, as well as rest hours are accounted for and automatically this information is transferred to our payroll payment system. I don't have any complaints regarding the features offered so far, as well as I don't have any complaints regarding the amount of money we pay to access the paid version of this platform, I don't regret having paid for that paid version, since it provides very beneficial functions for our company and that allow us to automate the payroll payment system. When we started using the platform it took us some time to adapt, approximately 3 weeks, it is not very intuitive initially, however, the work team has already adapted completely, and we use the platform smoothly and without problems. One of the main problems that this platform has is the monitoring of each of the trips that you make, it has an implemented function that is available for mobile devices and for the computer version, for which you can configure a trip that you are making, You only have to configure the departure date and the arrival date, in addition, this application will be able to track your entire journey thanks to the GPS system, however, this monitoring system of the trip that is being made is not as precise, in On some occasions I have noticed that the application marks avenues or streets in which I have not passed, therefore, it is not as precise when monitoring or the places where I have passed during the trip. The interface has exactly the tools we need to use, however from my admin and user perspective it would be great to get an update that would make the user experience feel more comfortable, for a much more customizable interface that fits the space we need based on our employment goals.
