Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The competency manager has helped our organization track our training and competency of our employees. It has allowed us to ensure our employee have the tools they need to produce high quality product. The product is easy to use, but also robust. Our organization is complex, this program allows us to track the intricacies of our work while still allowing all of our workers to be able to navigate it. Beyond the software, I cannot speak highly enough about the CABEM team. Their team is responsive, helpful, and incredibly open minded. They truly want to help their customers thrive and they are always seeking feedback to make their system better. They have assisted every step of the way. The team worked with me to customize this program to fit our training and compliance needs. They were very patient with me as we worked together. Cons I don't have any cons. My only advice is to take your time when configuring the system. It is complex and doing it right is important, having to undo the configuration and redo it is a lot of work! Due to several built in design features not being needed for our company, it took a bit of discovery to decide what needed to be taken out to avoid user confusion.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It allows for us to build board books that can be edited all the way up to the board meeting date, it allows for our board to vote on resolutions all the way up to the meeting date, and it allows for seamless integration into virtual meetings that are required now. OnBoard gave Eureka College many more tools to help our board get organized and hold more effective and efficient meetings. It also gave us a central location to keep track of board terms, contact information and a wealth of resources, This allows our board members to stay engaged between meetings. Centralized portal for all Board activities. This has simplified the process of putting Board packets together, distributed, and filed. It is easily accessed from any device without any limitations to the user's experience. It has significantly helped in the administration of our Board activities. The support is excellent; never have any issues getting assistance when needed. Ease of use. Look of high tech. Quick adaptability for our board members. IT Assistance at your fingertips. Economical. This platform is easy to use, very intuitive and makes things more streamlined for our board meetings. The service provided is amazing. Set up was clear, the board training was very helpful and they are always available to answer questions. Cons Filing system isn't as easy to use as Box or other file management systems. Also, sharing files with large groups is cost prohibitive. Many of the new tools that have been added to the product since we began using it are separate price points. It would be great if everything could be available to all customers but at least they are there when purchase becomes an option for us. The product development and additional features just keep coming and coming. Sometimes it hard to keep up with all of them. You have to sort through what is really needed, what adds value, and what are just nice to haves. Would like to see the zoom integration be able to use more than one person user's account. It would be helpful to have a checklist when completing functions; there are times I have forgotten to add groups/users to the communication and then didn't realize it wasn't being seen. Takes a bit to get the Zoom integration to work properly for all users. I haven't found any cons to this platform. It makes my job easier.
