It enables an excellent pipeline view and easily approach the leads. The implementation was straightforward and without hassle. VipeCloud is a highly scalable customer relations management tool. I really liked its integration with the marketing and sales platform to generate leads. The segment tracking and information qualified lead it offers is perfect. Here are the things I liked about VipeCloud: * Now my customer's satisfaction is more than 95%. * Intuitive CRM tool with great integrations. * Best platform to drive productivity with sales and marketing teams. We have had an extremely POSITIVE experience with VipeCloud.com. While there are many CRM applications available, the key factors that make VipeCloud.com the CRM choice is their: People (from CEO - on) and their CRM application is "easy to use" without much training needed. Excellent Customer Service for any questions and they are always there to support our entire team. It's a relief to have one product that can handle so much of our sales and marketing and have such a great support team to back it up. This has really simplified our email and social marketing. They keep adding new features, which is great. Cons The integration of email marketing should have better to capture every lead. There isn't anything I didn't linked about VipeCloud. Overall its an outstanding platform. No cons. We have not experienced any negatives to date. Any questions are quickly resolved with their excellent Customer Service. Not really any cons. Whenever we've had to call support, their responses were super quick and helpful.
