Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Really? Nothing. I would never use their service now even if they offered it to me for free. Never again! I have tested this software for a couple of months and believe it is the one we were looking for. It has the best security protocols. HIPAA compliance making more secure than other competitors. It lower the cost of running an office work by eliminating toner, papers etc. I don't need to install anything on my device. The software doesn't require huge resources to operate. The inner workings is also easy and can be performed by any staff members. Their support team are very helpful. This fax tool is robust and has countless features that is useful for my small office space. Also love their attentive to details customer representative who are ready to help anytime. The software features are very great in the current digital settings such as email notifications and Google integration. Cons Asked over 10 times what their Enterprise pricing is, and never received a reply. Even the support team could not get an answer from them. It is like there is zero sales support. Nothing so much for now. It serves the purpose as required and no glitches at all. It is a web based platform therefore comes with limitation of internet connectivity. You need to be connected to enjoy the service. Creating profiles for other team members is a problem to me. We have only one password and some team members are lazy. We have had issue with connectivity because one of our offices is in remote area but that one has been sorted out.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. It is available on both Android and iOS platform. 2. It does not heat up the phone or use a lot of RAM while running. 3. Furthermore, it has all the important features like screen sharing and recording even in the mobile version. 4. The layout of the user interface is intuitive ad makes the application easy to use. 5. It allows switching between mobile application and desktop application of Zoom easily. - The user interface of the application is simple, and the navigation is smooth. - It is available on all the platforms. - All the important features are present on the bottom navigation bar. - It allows screen sharing without any lags. - It runs smoothly on all the devices without consuming a lot of RAM. 1. The application is available for all the mobile platforms and run smoothly on all the devices. 2. It has pretty, much all the features compared to the desktop version. 3. By running on a mobile device, it makes it extremely portable and accessible to attend meetings anywhere. 4. The user interface of the application is designed in a way that it can be used by anyone with little to no technical background. Integrates seamlessly with zoom video conferencing. Flexible VOIP solution (app on computer or cell). Ported existing numbers. Auto attendant and call queues are great. - Zoom phone is a lightweight version of zoom for phone. - It runs smoothly in all the mobile devices. - It has all the basic features of zoom. _ it is pretty easy to use, along with a beautifully designed user interface. - The quality of audio and video calls does not drop a lot, even on slow internet. Cons I did not find any con or the application limiting in any way despite being the smaller mobile version. - It does not have cons or shortcomings, all the important features are present compared to the desktop version. 1. There are not any cons that I have encountered in my usage. Cannot use texting with ported numbers, support is hard to get in touch with at times - There are some performance issues while using it during screen sharing.
