I have used close over the years and I must say that it is one of my favorites. The dialing part of the platform is great. You can text and send emails with just a few clicks and the layout is just simple to follow. The support staff is beyond awesome, they respond usually within the hour or max 2. The issues are resolved within the same working day. Close is great because it’s all one email text call I would recommend this to a friend I would use this for my own shop. Cons Get logged out very often on internet, but maybe it’s my device. Nothing really. Their team is great. They are always deploying new features. Pricing is fair. One drawback of Close, and this is getting very nit picky, could be the absence of certain integrations with niche or specialized software that some businesses might require. This could potentially limit its seamless integration with the entire tech stack of certain companies. Sometimes the audio isn't perfect and the dialing does become slow and laggy. I like everything expect sometimes technical issues. It provides full details of the contact and email along with the order which customer has purchase in their life cycle. User need to enter the contact details once and it will fetch further details thereafter. It provides customer status for the newly added details. There is a lot to like about GoldMine CRM. First, it is a very competitive software compared to what other market players are offering. Besides affordability, this tool comes complete with all the necessary CRM features. It is effortless to understand, use, customize, and manage. GoldMine CRM is a software which has better price, that many investors or entrepreneurs can afford. Also, the relationship that GoldMine CRM establish with customers is diverse and effective. The management of the details clients supply us with is a benefit from GoldMine CRM. Cons Customization is little bit tough and every time user permission is required. Multiple window opening during data entry is also very annoying however it will does the job as required. With the many benefits that I have enjoyed with GoldMine CRM, I have no complaints regarding this CRM tool. GoldMine CRM usage is quite engaging, which calls for some experience and training. But after that time frame, the usage turns out simpler.
