Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are no pros only cons. Don't trust them. They will keep your money even after you reach out to them before the trial period ends. I connected with them before my trial period ended and they will not refund my money. There is nothing good about this company. Unethical thieves that are literally in business for that purpose only. Excellent platform. Lots of features. Great potential for marketing and communications. Social media poster: great. Just another sub-account. You can get much better features going straight through GHL. They have control over your business and You are so limited as to what you can do without an upsell The software, which is white-labeled from HighLevel works well and is great for integrating all your CRM functions in one place. Cons They do not answer you promptly, they do not follow their policies, they do not refund money and they are not to be trusted. Chad, the thief. Refuses to acknowledge support requests and charges credit cards when he's low on cash. NO customer service. Null. They try to scam you into paying a monthly fee. It breaks a lot. I purchased the product for $497 and then got an upsell. I paid another $97 and they said they could not help me and have not responded to my requests a refund. They proceeded to make my CRM not work by changing account settings (long story), but I am loosing business due to them rendering my account inactive. Their "lifetime deal" isn't one. They'll turn around and disable your whole account unless you cough up $97/mo for "unlimited support" plus SMS and email. They disabled third party connections for those, which they used to have. And "unlimited support" apparently means "we'll completely ignore you. They started out good and I was happy with the service for almost two years. But now they figured out their business model doesn't work and instead of being real and explaining the situation they're just being dishonest.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I love about this software is the level of customizability that you have when building out marketing emails and how easy it is to test these emails by sending test emails or checking out the pre test flights. I am used to coding my own emails so I like that there is an option to either drop in your own code or use a template. The templates are very simple but they work across a variety of different email clients. I also like that I can manage both my email campaigns and social media out of one location. Ability to track and provide reports. Integrates with SalesForce. Tracks social and web clicks. Responsive team. No coding hassle, simple drag and drop marketing solution. I can watch user analytics about clicks and campaign activity. Best for small and mid enterprises business. Scheduling if emails are a great addition. Cons The only thing about this software I would improve is that on the HTML side everything is created within nested tables, which I do not prefer and leads to small hiccup errors. Emfluence does not have very detailed reporting features; they will work for most everyone, but for my company, it requires a lot of editing. Takes some time to get acquainted with user interface and understand where functions are located. I never encountered any problem with this platform.
