	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Thryv's feature of automatic appointment scheduling eliminates the need for me to check my schedule to see if I am available. I also like that I can send mass communications with just one click. Thryv makes advertising and marketing my business so easy. It is easy to use the automation feature with Thryv, and I like that everything is centralized in one place. Also, I like the fact that everything is centrally managed. Thryv has a user friendly dashboard for billing, marketing and managing social media. They also have additional features that we did not utilize. Cons Posting to social media platforms has limitations - I can only post to a few when I have several. Sometimes it is a little slow because of my internet provider. It is, however, overwhelming and confusing to use at first with so many features available. I found that it does many things well, but I had to find specialized software for more niche needs. For our company it was a high price investment, since we didn't utilize all the features.
