Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cyrus inside helps in scheduling meeting as well as tracking emails. Seamlessly integrates with Salesforce. Automatic sales routine. Synchronises all data with Google calendar and Salesforce. Schedule conferences and events. Save lots of time and energy. I was able to to quickly identify prospects in Gmail through the CRM integration. This allowed me to streamline my outreach process and attack the day in an organized manner. Cirrus Insight has been a huge tool for us to get our sales team working as efficiently and effectively as possible. It's extremely easy to get set up and starting using it. It's also easy to onboard and train new salespeople on how to use it. It's also great that it lets you leverage Salesforce very effectively without even having to log in to Salesforce, instead just using it directly in your email account like Gmail. Cons Very efficient software. Synchronising part is awesome. No dislikes. Interface was a little tricky, however, ended up being able to navigate it after becoming familiar. Every once in a while if someone has a weird Chrome extension installed, then it might hit a snag. Very rare though.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Demodesk is a pretty cool meeting tool. I'm having a much easier time ramping reps and helping them navigate tough calls with their software. The virtual screen is super useful. It lets you give your customer control so they can interact with the product. Super easy to train someone. So many great features. The Salesforce notes sync saves me tons of time, and the schedule automation replaces tools and helps us simplify our stack. Presentations are super easy to share. Highly recommend. Cons Takes a little bit of time to learn the product, but worth it. Can't think of anything. Overall it's a really great product. Nothing noteworthy to share. They have all the major integrations, but will be hopefully rolling out more soon for more niche teams.
