About

Chargewood answers chargebacks for US online merchants. When a customer disputes a payment, the bank sets a deadline and a list of evidence it will accept. Most of that evidence already exists: what was ordered, when it shipped, where it went, whether the customer logged in and used what they paid for, what they bought before. Chargewood connects to the tools you already run — Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Gmail, Zendesk and more — and reads that record. For each dispute it decides whether it's worth fighting, and says so when it isn't: your dispute ratio is worth more than any single case. When it is, it writes the response to the reason code and the card network's rules and files it before the deadline. Nothing is a black box. Every dispute shows the evidence used, the reasoning behind the verdict and the full response text. Either way, a person at Chargewood checks each response before it goes out, and every action is logged.

About

If the closing ratio is 40% to get a $1M in revenue, their sales team must build a pipeline of deals worth $2.5M using this formula. UPilot automatically calculates the closing ratios of your team and each one of your sales staff. When they use CRM as a tool to predict and control the future, we see them anticipate revenues, invest in advance, hire with confidence, and grow predictably. When every user can decide what they can share and with whom, as a manager, you will never get the closing ratios and forecasts correctly and hence create predictable growth. Starting with a CRM that gives you top-down role-based access ensures that you will not get stuck or end up paying a lot once you figure out how to grow. Most CRMs either do not have this feature or bury them in their highest-priced Enterprise editions. So once you figure out how to grow, you have to either switch completely to new complex solutions or upgrade to the highest-priced plans.
