	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Can monitor pretty much everything. Very detailed metrics. Create custom dashboards, good reports. Great value for money. It offers robust analytics. It helps me find the root cause of the issues. Server monitoring is made effortless. Easy to install and configure. Alerts for down-time. - A robust feature set that serves both small businesses and large ones quite well. - Very easy to set up in a way that immediately alerts you as soon as there are errors or downtime on any particular system in the entire IT infrastructure. Cons Could be easier to configure. We are now using their CLI/API to automate some of the routine tasks. It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons. - Can become overwhelming especially during the first configurations owing to the high levels of flexibility and list of features.
