Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. Everything related to construction is available on one platform. Hence information is handy. 2. Can give access as per the roles. 3. Accessibility made easy. 4. Quite easy to use. Tracking seems to be very user friendly. Most of the difficulties of a QS has been well taken care by this software apart from below (CONS). A software created by the people who know the industry. Most of the construction industries problem are addressed. Affordable to midsize firms. very good service support. Cons 1. Major reports like Purchase Register is not available where we can see each and every details of transactions. 2. Internet explorer and its settings are mandatory. Should be available for direct use on browser like google chrome, Mozilla etc. 3. Often unable to print or view report instead of correct settings. 4. Subcontractor invoice format is complicated to understand. 5. Interface could be more user friendly. 6. "Screen zoom level" error pops up every time after login. 7. IOS compatibility is the major issue. 8. Sometimes difficulty in downloading reports. 9. Exporting reports to excel is also a problem. 1) Noticed precision errors.For eg: At times when qtys are with recurring decimals work done amounts differs the work done amount carried from candy. 2) Exceeded qtys are not entertained.Practically variations cant be floated for any slight increase in qtys as against booked in the contract. The workspace is more text driven than graphic. Reports are not yet visual data and complicated for further processing. still not chrome compatible and mobile access also not well setup. Lack of a well developed mobile application.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Talking about the basic features, Expensya is an exceptional tool which gives simple, fast and easy to implement and use. It is a solid software that helps us to simplify expenses. It has an excellent and fluid interface which makes it simple to learn and adapt and processes very easy for the employees too. I never handled the expenses so easy like I do with Expensya. It allows us to do our expenses within a very short time thus saving us much time. A future-oriented tool. It has a great app that you can access quickly and upload images to extract data from it. Can easily modify and edit my budget. We can easily save time on entering your expenses. Digitized version of your receipt can be easily created and export in to suitable format. From third party invoices to customer bills, when it comes to capturing invoices Expensya is the most reliable expense tracking app. Solid software helps us to generate expense reports. AI integrated tool helps to assign categories/accounts based on past entries. By drag and drop, we can easily import expense bills. We can reimburse employee's salaries directly to their bank account. Easy to configure and deploy. Reduces a lot of time for expense report generation. We can easily generate electronic invoices to handle reimbursements. A monthly or annual subscription is available. Cons Expensya on my point view is super stable and balanced tool . So their is no issue from my side as far as Expensya functionalities are involved, the spend management tool is easy to get used and the flexibility of the features is amazing and even friendly as well. Nothing so far. Really happy with the product. It uses business Intelligence to control all of your company's expenses in real-time. Within seconds we can create a month-end expense report. While scanning many invoices in series together, the app would restart although my previous bills are still scanned and ready. Integrations are limited to only a few applications. It will be better if there is an option to integrate other applications like Swiggy etc. The maturity of the user experience can be improved. Sometimes support may take time to process a request, mainly due to release management. Apart from this everything is good.
