Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Learning curve- AutoCAD look and feel, very competitive price, doesn’t take much space on the HD, excellent helpdesk, native Mac BIM software. Runs 95% of all legacy LISP and VB tools downloaded seamlessly. Very fast and seamless integration with any DWG or DXF drawings. More bang for the buck. Cons V21 was not really Mac friendly but it changed after a couple of updates. I have problems with Revit file import, IFC works fine. Limited number of blocks available compared with Revit or ArchiCAD. Setting program options is tedious as it is not graphical. Every time you want to change a setting, you need to know exactly where in the list it happens. So if it is a setting only seldomly changed, chances are you forgot where it is located. You can always search though. Not a big deal, but a "Con" nonetheless.
