Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Everything! The system integrates perfectly with Slack and our team uses Bonusly all day long to recognize each other. Bonusly keeps morale high and peer-to-peer recognition and camaraderie strong. Cons Nothing! We have never had any minor or major issues with the Bonusly platform.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing really. I guess the style/theme/colors of the site are visually appealing, but that's about it. Comparably is a great platform for people looking for jobs to go check out companies to see if they want to work there. It definitely is still newer compared to other platforms, but is slowly getting the right kind of traction. Comparably does give out a lot of awards throughout the year, which are fun to work towards as a company. Cons The site is basically unusable, you never receive a confirmation email, and you can barely navigate the site without providing a ton of personal information. Comparably is a lot like Glassdoor, so I would pay for one or the other platforms, you don't need both.
