Birdeye has a very solid and complete mobile application, it has allowed me to access this platform from any time anywhere, thus being able to monitor any review that customers make about the experiences obtained. In addition to that I can also add answers in case a customer leaves a question within a review and also be able to send surveys in case of conducting market research. The review generation function helps me a lot to automate the process of receiving a rating from clients which I am providing a service, this has been useful to me because emails or text messages are automatically sent to clients after a transaction has been completed, asking them to rate the experience obtained and to leave a review of what their entire process was like. With this functionality I have been able to exponentially improve the positions received through different platforms, such as social networks, which can have a great impact on potential clients who want to consult my services.
