The ability to effortlessly track project progress and manage our team's hours has resulted in a significant increase in our overall productivity. Cons Well Overall BigTime a healthy platform but sometimes when I Try to make some changes to our invoice format is sometimes tricky, but the support we receive from the staff has always been great and made things work the way we would like them to. And also I frequently faced trouble adding new jobs into Big Time from Quickbooks and it does require manual adjustments every time. The pricing structure can be a bit steep for small businesses or freelancers. The only issue I've had as a BigTime user and my organization's Chief Financial Officer is the pricing that they offer. For most organizations, it can be pricey - and they do not offer a free trial. There's a bit of a learning curve when first getting started with BigTime, but the company offers plenty of resources to get you up to speed. The reporting capabilities could be a bit more customizable, but this is a minor concern when compared to the wealth of benefits the software provides. Some users may find the process of configuring these customizations to be complex or time-consuming. Simplifying the customization process and providing more intuitive tools for users to personalize their experience would enhance the software's flexibility.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Although at first I did not think this system would be suitable for our business (HR & Business Consulting), after a thorough initial consultation with their business development manager Marko, he helped us to understand how it could (and has!) save us hours in time and productivity. The ability for us to track time, allocate tasks and communicate efficiently on projects with both our internal employees and external consultants has saved significant amounts of co-ordination time and got rid of manual spreadsheets. We love the reporting function that is easy to use and lets you set it up exactly as you want rather than always have to "just make do" with standard reports. Our time spent on billing each month has also significantly reduced with easy integration with Quickbooks. My questions are always answered quickly and efficiently by the customer support team and they always find a way to achieve what you are asking for. Would highly recommend this product. It has everything our company needs for project and team management. It is a very easy and intuitive tool to use and saves us a lot of time. In addition, the customer service team is fast, efficient and friendly. If you need any adaptations that can be made, they will do it. A comprehensive tool that suits to track time, schedule plans, manage people in organization and keep all the financial data in one place. In our organization, it's been one of the most important tools that are adjustable for different needs e.g. C-level managers, other employees, contractors, and specialists from different departments. Cons We have struggled to find any to date. Any suggestions that we have that would make this product better are already on their "future development list". Undiscovered for now! For the time being, we have not found any major shortcomings. Currently, I haven't found any cons. Even if there are no features, the Productive crew helps to create customized solutions.
