About SmarteBuild is Australian estimating and construction management software for residential and small-commercial builders, and the estimators and trades who price for them. Price the job, run the job, and get paid for the job, in one system. Take off quantities from PDF drawings, build a bill of quantities, and cost it against your own price lists. Purchase orders come off that same bill of quantities, supplier invoices match back to them, and committed cost shows against budget while you can still act on it. Progress claims and variations run off the contract the estimate created. One price covers the whole company: unlimited users, storage and projects. Estimator A$189 a month, Builder A$379, both including GST. Free 30-day trial, no card, no lock-in. Developed with 100+ Australian builders and QUT teams. Made and supported in Brisbane.

Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The interface is customer orientated. The software features are well-designed and appropriate for my needs. The amount of information you can get from the software and the reports it generates are phenomenal. Cons I would've appreciated a Take-off module. Also, sometimes it's hard to find where the features are.
