An AI writing assistant helps shape proposal wording; contractors review the scope, assumptions, specifications, and final proposal. The public demo runs in a browser and does not save customer records or estimates. Starter, Pro, and Business plans are proposed, but subscriptions are unavailable while billing is disabled. About Shark Byte was an idea dreamed up by the creators of Perfectware, industry consultants, and other service contractors. A group that has over 50 years of experience in the Mechanical Service Industry working in sales and management positions. We identified a need to create an integrated sales tool designed specifically for the Mechanical Service Contractor. As we talked with contractors it became clear there is not a solution that meets all the needs. The available options include single disconnected tools, add-ons to service management software, or customizing other commercial CRM packages. So, we designed a solution that encompasses a customer and sales tracking CRM, mobile surveying tool, contract and project estimating, and electronic proposal generation. Throughout the design and programming process, we surveyed contractors to validate Shark Byte methodology and tools and, to create the best Sales Relationship Manager for the industry.
