About BidPilot is a browser-based HVAC estimating tool for contractors preparing job estimates and customer proposals. Users enter job details, labor rates, material prices, quantities, and markup to calculate estimate totals from their own inputs. An AI writing assistant helps shape proposal wording; contractors review the scope, assumptions, specifications, and final proposal. The public demo runs in a browser and does not save customer records or estimates. Starter, Pro, and Business plans are proposed, but subscriptions are unavailable while billing is disabled. BidPilot helps contractors prepare reviewable estimates and proposals without delegating pricing or specification decisions to AI. 		Pros from Real Users Pros User interface is very easy to use even without training. Speaking of the sales module, it is very powerful in tracking all opportunities, including keeping track of your customer database. Allows sales managers to see their sales teams sales funnel, track bid dates, and closing dates, along with wins and losses (helps you keep track of your own market). On the estimate side of the bid tracer module, Bidtracer does an amazing job keeping your companies parts list up to date with pricing. BidTracer also can form the estimate module to meet your companies needs pretty easily. One of the biggest factors is the support you get from Bidtracer, they quickly respond and quickly resolve. I like the scalability of the tool and features. The biggest perk is the support and responsiveness. Most of the questions I have a response/answer within 24 to 36 hours. We are underutilizing this tool as a company and the BidTracer Team has been excellent on helping us get back on-track.
