	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The user interface is super simple which means we achieved rapid adoption across our employees. I love flexibility of the 1:1s feature and how this helped us shift managers to become coaches. The reviews feature completely streamlined our previous process that took way too much time and effort. Cons It would be great if there were additional core HRIS features, this would deliver improved insights across our employees.
