Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There were a lot of bugs and UI/feature changes, but maybe now they are more stable. We stopped using Bravo 4 months ago and they didn't pay out the rewards so far. Bravo is really simple to use and a cost effective solution. It meets all the requirements we need to keep out team of freelancers motivated. I really enjoy giving Bravos to other teammates when they've gone above and beyond. When I receive Bravos, I am immediately energized and thankful. BRAVO is fairly low cost and a pocket-friendly tool. You can redeem BRAVO points to amazing rewards. I like the way we can give BRAVO points to other members in a fun way. It also announces publicly about work anniversaries and birthdays so you never miss any. Cons Me and a lot of my colleagues haven't gotten our rewards for several months now. Communication is radio silent. Emails are ignored. I don't think there is any flaw in this tool. Yes, it needs to be a bit mature. I don't have anything that I really dislike about BRAVO. I think the system is very easy-to-use and straightforward. I think they should work on the betterment of user experience. It takes a lot of time to load at the first place.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We can generate tickets easily and follow the process without any hassle. The best part is its low cost. Cons Design needs to be improved. There aren't any out of the box things.
