BRAVO

Pros: There were a lot of bugs and UI/feature changes, but maybe now they are more stable. We stopped using Bravo 4 months ago and they didn't pay out the rewards so far.

Cons: Me and a lot of my colleagues haven't gotten our rewards for several months now. Communication is radio silent. Emails are ignored.

Overall: My recommendation is to stay away from this service. Give the money to your employees directly or use a different service provider.

Pros: Bravo is really simple to use and a cost effective solution. It meets all the requirements we need to keep out team of freelancers motivated.

Cons: I don't think there is any flaw in this tool. Yes, it needs to be a bit mature.

It also announces publicly about work anniversaries and birthdays so you never miss any.

Cons: It takes a lot of time to load at the first place.

Overall: We have never used any product of such kind before BRAVO. We tried its free trial, it was amazing and fun to use. We used to give each other BRAVOs daily in the morning as fun and motivation. Simply the best one.

Pros: I love the idea of being appreciated and recognized simultaneously by the employees and vice versa. Really a powerful concept.

Pros: I love that it gives the team a platform to recognize each others' accomplishments and reward them for their hard work. Beyond that, I love that we can redeem points for something of value to us.

Cons: I think it works well and provides tons of value to our team!

Overall: It is the perfect way for our company to incorporate a culture of recognition, feedback, and appreciation. Most of our employees live remote, so with BRAVO, it is easy to keep them motivated and engaged in several occasional celebrations.
