	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I drive a Sprinter van and I have used DAT and a few other load boards before. The biggest difference for me with Logistware is that it feels much easier to use and more focused. On some of the bigger load boards I spend a lot of time going through loads that do not really fit my van or my lanes. With Logistware I can get to the freight information faster and understand what I am looking at without going through so many screens. I also like having the bids, messages, shipment information and tracking connected together. Logistware is easy to navigate and helps us manage shipments efficiently. We especially appreciate the real-time tracking, direct communication, bidding features, and ability to connect with carriers across North America. What I like most is how simple the load board is to understand. I can find loads without going through too many menus, and the information is presented clearly. It is also useful to have the freight details, communication and shipment tools together instead of jumping between different systems. Cons The main thing I would like to see is even more Sprinter van freight as more shippers and carriers join. The software itself has been simple for me to use. As a growing platform, we would like to see even more carriers and loads added across additional regions. There are still some areas I would like to see expanded as the service grows, especially more loads in certain local areas and more carriers using it. The software itself has been easy for me to use and I have not had any major problems with it.
