Logistware Load Board

Pros: I drive a Sprinter van and I have used DAT and a few other load boards before. The biggest difference for me with Logistware is that it feels much easier to use and more focused. On some of the bigger load boards I spend a lot of time going through loads that do not really fit my van or my lanes. With Logistware I can get to the freight information faster and understand what I am looking at without going through so many screens. I also like having the bids, messages, shipment information and tracking connected together.

Cons: The main thing I would like to see is even more Sprinter van freight as more shippers and carriers join. The software itself has been simple for me to use.

Overall: My experience has been very good. I have tried DAT and other load boards and for the type of work I do, Logistware is easier and less frustrating. I am not looking for a complicated system. I want to open the load board, find freight that makes sense for my Sprinter van, see the important information and move on with my day. Logistware does that better for me. I also like that it is Canadian and that I can look for local and cross-border freight. I would recommend it to other Sprinter van owner-operators who want something straightforward and easy to understand.

Pros: Logistware is easy to navigate and helps us manage shipments efficiently. We especially appreciate the real-time tracking, direct communication, bidding features, and ability to connect with carriers across North America.

Cons: As a growing platform, we would like to see even more carriers and loads added across additional regions.

Overall: Our experience with Logistware has been excellent. The platform saves our team time, simplifies communication with carriers, and provides useful tools for managing shipments. We highly recommend it to brokers, carriers, and shippers looking for a modern and reliable load board.

Pros: What I like most is how simple the load board is to understand. I can find loads without going through too many menus, and the information is presented clearly. It is also useful to have the freight details, communication and shipment tools together instead of jumping between different systems.

Cons: There are still some areas I would like to see expanded as the service grows, especially more loads in certain local areas and more carriers using it. The software itself has been easy for me to use and I have not had any major problems with it.

Overall: My overall experience with Logistware Load Board has been positive. It is clean, straightforward and much easier to learn than some other load boards I have tried. I mainly want to get in, see the available freight and understand the shipment without wasting time. The layout makes that easy. I also like that it is Canadian and supports freight on Canadian and cross-border lanes. For me the biggest advantage is simply that I can understand what I am looking at quickly and get on with my work.
