Technical SAP monitoring, automation of start and stop systems for maintenance, SLA reporting. State of the art product that monitors our S4/HANA, all servers, databases, and even our new AWS environment. Automation diagnostic runbooks are easy to create and maintain 3. Large vendor support list 4. Asset tracking is a breeze 5. Many backup mechanisms within with configuration compare, these are known as baselines 6. Discovered IP address table at your fingertips 7. Excellent search capabilities 8. Natural path discovery (all routing paths can be displayed if known) 9. Manual diagramming is a thing in the past, all maps are dynamic! 10. Golden baselines can be setup with ease to be able to note changes in the environment that effects stability. Cons 1. Not effectively geared for MSP’s, More enterprise focused 2.
