• It was pretty much easy to use and set up. You can set up a ton of automations on here so that when tickets are filed into your helpdesk, it will be organized and distributed in the right category without any issues. You won't have to really lift a finger until after you set everything up. It was a bit confusing at first but once you get a hang of it, you can make everything automatic
• So, I have been using Atera for pushing updates/patches to VM's & for RMM features on Hyderabad location. Atera is actually the platform which has been implemented prior me joining the organization. its features which are PAM like are also helpful for remote access of employee machines and servers as well as providing remote support to users. The asset management is also a well-used tool by us.
